Our Process

Grievance Redressal Process

Submit Grievance

Use the form below or email us with details of your concern. All submissions are treated confidentially.

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 3 business days and assign a case number.

03

Investigation

An impartial review will be conducted by a designated team member who was not involved in the original matter.

04

Resolution

We will communicate the findings and proposed resolution within 30 business days of acknowledgement.
