SLCP and Sedex

What is the Relationship between SLCP and Sedex?

Sedex platform is an ACTIVE accredited host in the SLCP system. This means that The SLCP verified report can be pushed to sedex  platform and can become searchable.

Please note that it is not the otherway round – means that your normal SMETA report cannot make you eligibile as a SLCP verified facility.

Will it be cheaper to go the SLCP way ?
Initially SLCP will be more expensive and if you have one buyer asking your for a SMETA Audit report- It is advisable to stick to SMETA audits. However if you have 10 buyers and multiple audits from each buyer – It makes sense to invest in SLCP
